ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
Abstracts may be submitted for oral or poster presentations. Authors are asked to indicate their preferred presentation type; however, the final decision regarding oral or poster presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee.
Presenting authors must be registered participants.
Submission of an abstract acknowledges that, if accepted, the abstract may be published in the official conference materials, including the digital abstract book and conference website.
Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
Conflict of Interest / Funding Disclosure: Work submitted for presentation must include a declaration of any conflict of interest and/or funding source, where applicable.

The abstract title should be concise and clearly reflect the content of the submission.
The abstract body must not exceed 300 words.
Abstracts may be structured or unstructured depending on the nature of the study.
Empirical studies may follow a structured format such as:

Aim

Methods
-
Results
-
Conclusion
Theoretical, legal, conceptual, policy-oriented, interdisciplinary, or practice-based submissions may use an appropriate narrative format.
Authors may include up to 5 keywords.
Use only standard abbreviations. Special or unusual abbreviations should be written in full when first used, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
TYPE OF PRESENTATIONS
Scientific papers selected for presentation will be divided into two groups:
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be scheduled for 15 minutes in total, including:

10 minutes for presentation

5 minutes for discussion
The presentation should clearly introduce the topic, explain the aim or research question, present the main findings or arguments, and conclude with the key message of the work.
Poster Presentations
Poster presentations will be included in designated poster presentation periods during the scientific programme.
Accepted posters may also be displayed digitally through the conference website. Posters may remain available online for a limited period after the conference.
Questions for online poster presenters may be directed to the presenting author by e-mail, where applicable.
Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee to assess quality, relevance, originality, and appropriateness for the conference.
Following acceptance, scheduling information will be sent to the presenting author.
Abstract submission opens on 10 July 2026 and closes on 13 November 2026. Acceptance notifications will be sent on 4 December 2026.
